Acceptance of Contract Terms.
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you (also referred to as "Customer") and Indoor Billboard/Northwest, Inc. or Indoor Billboard/Washington, Inc. d.b.a. Indoor Billboard and Clean Products ("Company"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THESE ONLINE POLICIES ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND COMPANY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE ONLINE POLICIES, ITS INTERPRETATION, OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION OR VALIDITY THEREOF, THE RELATIONSHIPS WHICH RESULT FROM THESE ONLINE POLICIES, COMPANY'S ADVERTISING, OR ANY RELATED PURCHASE SHALL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF OREGON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES, AND THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE WILL BE IN MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON.
